If you would like to prevent faulty products due to the abrasion of the screw in your extruder and shorten the time for maintenance we are offering you an innovative and perfect solution.

The benefits of this solution are listed below:
- High capacity production can be achieved even with an extruder of low engine power and L/D ratio. As an example the capacity of an extruder equipped with a screw of 50 mm diameter L/D15 is given in the table below
- Only the worn out or broken part in the screw group is changed. Therefore the work is carried out in only a local level rather the whole screw group
- The screw group of an extruder can be replaced in a very short period of time. And the screw of the extruder can be fixed in a few hours and brought back into operation without the need to send it to its manufacturer. This enables minimum stoppage of production before the machine is functional
- Screw forms can be designed according to processes increasing the range of polymers that can be processed
- Since the mixing capacity is high reclaimed materials and materials with filling can be used to save from material costs
- Modular screws are specially heat treated to increase their life span
- The materials are more homogenous thanks to the high mixing capacity
- Since the extruder shaft is one piece it is sturdier against cutting and torsion forces compared to older models. Older types of extruders are designed with inverted threaded screws. This leads to breaking of the screw at the insertion points due to the cutting force. In modular type screw systems similar faults do not occur.
